Yota Play was launched in 2011 as a brand new on-demand TV and movie service from the Russian network provider Yota to showcase their new high-speed 4G mobile broadband. Great emphasis was placed on designing a simple yet elegant and premium experience, with focus on social discovering of content to make Play the online video store service for the modern, connected generation.
Working alongside creative lead on Yota Play’s PC Interface, designing main elements as the video-
player, the cinematic impact and visual user experience. Paying attention to and crafting every last detail and from there design a cross platform experience making the most of each device’s intuitive navigation and possibilities.
